Junior 3D modeller at Sofology.
My responsibilities include:
Working in an established pipeline with a team of other Modellers making use of the most efficient techniques to produce hyper realistic models.
Working with raw 3D scan data of sofas, cleaning up, retop and prep before moving it along the pipeline to the 3D Art team.
Working to produce the highest quality possible within an incredibly small time-frame due to the multitude of product launches throughout the year.
Works with some clients on a multitude of different projects including; Tri-Heart Interactive, Vstars and Koi
Worked as the 3D artist on a small team project, developing a VR/AR Mobile game in the Unity Engine.
My responsibilities included:
Implementing and maintaining a pipeline for producing assets for environments, characters and props.
Working with the Programmers and Director to push the quality of the project.
Managing to work in multiple disciplines (Character Art, Environment Art) while working to a schedule to ensure other members of the teams needs were always met on time and to a high standard.
Creation of character art and clothing assets in a character creation system, environments and props.
